Arbor Rehabilitation proudly celebrates Alecia, Facility Rehab Coordinator (FRC) at The Welsh Home, for her outstanding achievement as Arbor Rehabilitation’s FRC of the Year.

Alecia has been a dedicated member of the Arbor Rehabilitation family for over 18 years. Beginning her journey as a new graduate, she quickly demonstrated exceptional commitment, leadership, and a passion for patient-centered care. With guidance from trusted mentors and role models, Alecia advanced to the role of Facility Rehab Coordinator just one year after graduating college—a testament to her drive and talent.

Throughout her career, Alecia has played a key role in supporting her rehabilitation team to achieve excellence. Under her leadership, teams have earned several awards, including The Welsh Home's high marks in Resident Satisfaction surveys.  Her focus on quality care, motivation, and collaboration has contributed significantly to these successes.

Alecia’s impact is felt not only through measurable outcomes but also through the lives she touches daily. Her commitment to fun, innovative therapeutic activities has empowered countless patients to reach optimal results and achieve meaningful success in their rehabilitation journeys.

To honor this well-deserved recognition, The Welsh Home’s administrator proudly displayed congratulatory signs throughout the facility, celebrating Alecia’s accomplishment and the positive influence she has on both patients and staff.
