We’re thrilled to share some exciting news at Arbor Rehabilitation! 

Please join us in welcoming Rose Vargo as our new Director of Clinical Operations!

Rose is a Speech Language Pathologist with over a decade of experience, and her journey with Arbor is truly inspiring. She began her career with us as a therapy technician, advanced to staff therapist, and went on to become an award-winning FRC — all while growing her career right here at Arbor Rehab!

During a brief time away, Rose expanded her leadership skills as a manager with a large national organization. We are incredibly excited that she’s bringing that experience back home to Arbor Rehabilitation as we continue to grow and move into the next chapter of our industry.

Rose’s dedication, leadership, and passion for patient care make her the perfect fit for this role.
