Springfield Masonic Home's PTA Sheldon gets high praises! 

Arbor Rehab is proud to recognize SHELDON FORD as our very first Employee of the Month!

Sheldon is a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at our Springfield, Ohio facility, Springfield Masonic Community. This expansive campus provides a full continuum of care, from independent living apartments to memory care and everything in between. No matter where Sheldon is working, he is always known for his positive attitude and welcoming smile.

The facility's Assistant Director of Nursing recently shared a heartfelt letter recognizing the impact Sheldon has on the residents. She praised his outstanding work and noted that the residents simply "love him!" One resident even shared, "I love working with Sheldon. He makes me smile every time!"

Sheldon, along with his brother Turner—who is also a PTA at Springfield—brings energy, humor, compassion, and exceptional clinical skills to the therapy department each day. Together, they create a positive environment for both residents and colleagues.
