Melea Delagrange joined the Arbor team in July, 2017 as an FRC and became an Area Manager in January, 2020 and moved on to become a Regional Director. Having had "feet on the ground" experience with staffing, Melea is a great fit for her role as Recruitment Director. She obtained her Associate's Degree from Stark State College in 2012 and began working as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. Melea then graduated from Malone University in 2018 with her Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management. Melea has made many wonderful contributions to Arbor and those in her care. She has lead Glenwood Care and Rehabilitation Center to the 2018 Facility of the Year, she established the Care Closet where residents can shop for gently-used clothing at no cost, and implemented many different fun and functional activities. Melea’s passion is in encouraging teamwork, building rapport and her skills in these areas make her an excellent Recruitment Director.
Melea also keeps very busy at home with her husband, three children, one dog, and three cats. She is a soccer and dance mom and serves as the VP for the high school soccer booster club. With the little bit of spare time Melea has, she enjoys baking, cake decorating, and curling up in a blanket by a warm fire.
