2022 Winners!

Facility of the Year:  Concord Village-  The therapy team at Concord Village has won the 2022 Facility of the Year Award!  This team of 8 has been extremely instrumental in the success of their facility and their reputation continues to grow.  Led by Beth Johnson, FRC of the year for 2021, they have been leaders in customer service,  documentation, traveling to help at other facilities, and taking students of all disciplines.  This team will take on all tasks, both large and small, and will do so while keeping things positive and upbeat!   Their teamwork, outcomes, and attitude make them the Facility of the Year for 2022!

FRC of The Year: Randy Young-  Randy is the FRC of Year Award winner for 2022.  Randy is the FRC at Falls Village and has been with Arbor since 2019.  Randy is extremely adept at managing the ever-changing caseload at his facility- all while keeping both his customer and his team happy.  Whether it is meeting with families (and receiving rave reviews from them) or coming in on Saturdays to cover treatments, Randy always gives 110% or more to ensure that things are done correctly and in the Arbor way.  Randy's dedication, expertise, and customer service are a glowing example of what an Arbor FRC should be.  We are extremely proud to have Randy on our team and we congratulate him on this award!

Golden Acord Award:  Bethany Hrovat-  The 2022 Golden Acorn Award winner is Bethany Hrovat, DPT.  Bethany has been with Arbor since 2008 and was a DPT student with us prior to signing on full-time.   Bethany is a true leader and her dedication to quality patient care is second to none- and her outcomes and documentation prove it!  Bethany has done an incredible job of being an advocate for students and has even taken on two students simultaneously this year.  Bethany's desire to see things done at the highest level has been her hallmark trait since her days as a student and that desire has not faded after 14 years.  We appreciate all that she has done for her patients, her facility, and her team!  Congratulations on earning the Golden Acorn Award for 2022!
