Mark currently serves as Regional Director for Arbor Rehabilitation and has done so for the last 9 years.
Mark has an Associate’s of Applied Science degree from Kent State University Ashtabula Campus and is a licensed physical therapist assistant with 15 years of experience in the skilled nursing setting. Over the course of his career, Mark has worked at the facility level as a staff physical therapist assistant as well as the director of rehabilitation, where his duties included PPS management, case mix management, and customer service. Mark also has experience with chart auditing and extensive knowledge of the ADR and appeals process. Mark has created and provided accredited continuing education programs for nurses, social workers and case managers, as well as nursing home administrators and has been a speaker at OANAC and the Pharmed Health Fair. Mark is also a member of the Kent State Ashtabula campus PTA Advisory Committee and a member of APTA and OPTA.
